Terms of Use & Refunds

These terms are an agreement between you and Lucas Carlos Chiodi, Indonesia ("we", "us"), the maker of Wrenly. By downloading or using Wrenly you agree to them.
1. Free trial
You can use Wrenly free for days. After the trial, snippets stop expanding until you activate a license. Your snippets are never deleted.
2. Your license
- A license is a one-time purchase. It lets one person use Wrenly on up to Macs they own or use.
- Your license includes all updates to version 1 of Wrenly. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade, and your version 1 keeps working.
- You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.
- Wrenly is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights to the software, name and logo.
3. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes and order-related customer service. Their buyer terms apply to your purchase.
4. Refunds
If Wrenly isn't right for you, email us within days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. A refunded license key is deactivated. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5. Your content
Your snippets belong to you and stay on your computer. Please keep backups (Settings → Export) of anything important.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Wrenly to break the law or to harm others, and don't reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
7. No warranty
We work hard to make Wrenly reliable, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or work with every app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Wrenly is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or profits.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email our support address.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
